State Farm made sure that I understood what was going on before we went on. I was told that I would receive the money in 2-3 days. The funds were in the bank the next day. I not only have rental insurance but I also have car and health insurance through them. I tell people to go to State Farm if they need insurance."

"Tim Graham’s State Farm Insurance establishment has made my life so much easier. I used to get way too much paper in the mail from Statefarm but now they text me when my payments are overdue/late and I quickly hop on the Statefarm app and pay my bills from the convenience of my mobile while enjoying my morning coffee. The agents over the years have all been so nice & kind to me and make me feel like a friend more so than a client. They used to have fresh baked cookies 🍪 which I’m sure everyone enjoyed. If you read this review and you become one of Tim’s insured, be sure to ask “Where are the 5-Star fresh baked cookies?”"

"I would give them zero stars if possible! The agent insisted State Farm does not rate for gender! Or age! Or marital status - State Farm uses all this and more to charge higher rates to groups of people! Such as older single females with a great accident free driving history in Alaska! If SF could get away with rating for race they would do that as well! Clearly the agent didn’t think that through or even do a quick google search when she assured me that’s sex discrimination! Only a few states have made that illegal - Alaska is not one! I asked to have my insurance coverages changed and it was NOT done! I also see they have been using a rating area in anchorage even though my home owners for 3 years is in Wasilla! I have always gotten the most rudest person that works there in the phone or maybe they are all rude! Alaska needs better consumer protection laws regulating the insurance industry! And I need a better agent!"
