"I had an issue with SF not responding to requests to make policy changes to the address my vehicle was/is actually garaged at - which significantly reduced my insurance rates. I deleted my previous google review of my agent because the owner - Tim Graham actually called and texted me and made sure the company made the actual change on my policy - so although I think SF rates for factors not related to driving should be changed, and AK needs insurance reform like Washington state has done- my SF agent did a really great job making sure the company made the changes on my policy, which took several weeks."
